The Pursuit Series was the adventure getaway of everyone’s dreams. From running, to mountain biking, rock climbing, kayaking—this weekend had it all.

Project Scope

  • A three-day adventure camp for grown-ups all across the country
  • Hosted a series of three events in Utah, Northern California, North Carolina & New York
  • 350-500 attendees from 36 states
  • Over 220+ activities offered at each event in the series, with intimate class sizes
  • Most Popular activities: Intro to maps & compass, hammock yoga, trailside mountain bike repairs, fly casting, twilight kayaking and water filtration

Project Outcomes

  • A strategic PR campaign garnered 150M+ PR impressions across digital, print, and broadcast
  • Hits across 46 media outlets (trade, vertical, and consumer)
  • Media attendees from: TIME, Yoga Journal, Outside Magazine, Thrillist and dozens more
  • 19M+ social impressions across Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
  • 10M+ digital impressions across websites, email, print, and custom content
  • Average age of participants: 36-38 (across all three events)
  • Raised awareness and brand loyalty for the Outbound Collective and 25+ brand partners who showcased classes, equipment, and products throughout the event
